Springing Into Action
The first thing I noticed about Spring Street in Los Angeles was not the beautiful Beaux-Arts buildings, nor the signs and lights; not the traffic. It was the difficulty in parking. Like most big-cities, parking is atrocious. EVERY space on the street with a meter was taken.
